  • Let us know of any  large planned events or activities within the park so that we are aware and make sure that there aren’t other things going on. • Proselytising is not permitted in our parks and open spaces without prior consent, we will designated a given space in order to balance quiet enjoyment of other users of the same space. Please get in touch with us in touch to discuss consent ( contact details above)
  • There is no permit or cost involved however if a  community group notifies us of a large event  (e.g. such as  Brass Band or large choir wishing to perform in the park, we do have a short form to capture any particular requirements (eg, if vehicular access is required and if so, necessary risk assessments).
