Grants Schemes

Yate Town Council promotes an active community in Yate by awarding grants annually to non-profit making organisations. These organisations work for the benefit of Yate parishioners, with the intention of improving the range of services and activities in the town.
The Town Council recognises and supports the valuable contribution made by the voluntary sector to the well being of the community. Many groups have benefited from grant assistance in the past including Southwold Swimming Club, 1st Raysfield Scout Group, SYPHA and Yate Choral Society to name but a few.
The activities that the voluntary sector does within Yate are fantastic. There is no one else doing it and if you are not doing this work, it would not happen. It is very important that you are able to continue doing this work and I am very thankful that Yate Town Council is able to support you in this.
Cllr Ian Blair
If your organisation is in need of some financial assistance and provides a beneficial service or activity for the community of Yate you can submit a grant application form to Yate Town Council for consideration.
