Yate Volunteer Centre

Yate Volunteer Centre is the volunteer centre covering Yate and the whole of the Frome Vale area.

What does Yate Volunteer Centre do?

They offer a brokerage service, helping to place volunteers with voluntary groups. At their office in Yate Library they have a 'Job Shop' of volunteering opportunities and offer potential volunteers one-to-one discussions about volunteering; occasionally they also offer training sessions.

They can also help groups find new volunteers and members, advertise events and activities & give advice to new groups.

Community group representatives are also welcome to use the photocopier. (Prices available on request).

Where are they based?

Yate Volunteer Centre is situated in Yate Library and is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 3pm.
